QuoScient has appointed Mike Hom as adviser to the company effective immediately. In his role Mike Hom will advise our Cyber Security startup on a variety of product engineering and strategy issues.
Mr. Hom has worked in both the private and public sector, including the US Government, Amazon Web Services, and In-Q-Tel, a not-for-profit strategic investor for the US Intelligence and National Security community. He is currently on the Product team for a cybersecurity company, overseeing product portfolio and engineering efforts.
“QuoScient is looking to change the way analysts and operators interact today by providing tools to improve situational orientation and analyst rigor. They have the right thinking and execution to re-imagine security collaboration and raise the bar on security operations and investigations broadly,” says Mike Hom. “Fabien and I have discussed the gaps seen in the trenches over the years and it is clear to me that he and his team have the right vision to build a great platform that values efficacy, and are relentlessly driven to move the needle in security operations with their collaboration platform.”
Fabien Dombard, CEO and co-founder of QuoScient emphasizes: “We are glad that Mike accepted appointing him as our first adviser to the company. We greatly value his expertise in and share his passion for cyber security operations. We are convinced that together with Mike we will be able to reach our goals and have a strong appearance in global markets, particularly in the US market.”
